About us
The next daughterly company is DIKO - Elektronik - Montage GmbH which employs about 40 workers and offers constant support to sub - suppliers of car components.
Leading producers - of car sub-assembly, lighting devices and domestic appliances - have been clients of the company for over a decade. In majority they are our regular customers from whom the most important are American Standard (Wabco), Sarnamotive, ISE, TRW, Ejot, ABB, Kendrion, Delphi, Yazaki, Huf, Kostal. From many years we provide our clients with devices to semi and full-automatic assembly of car interior components, electric joints, gear boxes, brake systems and others - in Poland and in Germany.
Constantly growing turnover which came to over 10 million euros and cooperation with sub-assembly suppliers enables the realization of particular projects worth 2.2 million euros.
As a independent company in Poland, we fulfill the tasks given us in the area of Poland. Our success is based on the idea of individual solution to problems connected with production and assembly process. Our clients can entrust us with the task of planning, production, assembly, PLC- programming, installing and service of the machines.
Possessing suitable know-how in the area of constructing and flexibility in organizing production we are able to carry out the projects of:
- automatic devices and assembly lines with independent component feeder, complemented with transport system
- ergonomic, manual and semi-automatic assembly stands, independent or collected in a group
- testing and measuring devices working independently or fastened together in a technological sequence
- other prototype and special machines
Additionally we make new and develop existing standards used in our assembly systems. We do it with the help of 3D modeling tools. Our projects are done directly in the company as we have a production hall on our disposal equipped with appropriately precise processing machines.>
